Included with every stay is a hearty, homemade, Vermont country breakfast. Our specialties include our famous pancakes and a cast iron frittata with seasonal ingredients. We make every item to order and serve local Vermont maple syrup. Enjoy our self-serve early morning coffee station and grab yourself a cup for your room and frequently and breakfast treat or piece of fruit!

Our house recipe pancakes filled with cinnamon sugar apples (or plain),

served with local maple syrup.

Belgian Waffle

Homemade waffle served with local maple syrup.

The Wilmington Eggwich

Fried egg, VT cheddar, and bacon or sausage on an English muffin.

Cast Iron Frittata of the Day

Three eggs whipped with cream baked to fluffy perfection. Like a quiche, without the crust.

Veggie Scramble

Scrambled eggs with today’s vegetables and cheese.

All of our breakfasts are served with your choice of bacon or sausage patty.

Each room is designed with your comfort and modern needs in mind; each room comes complete with complimentary Wi-Fi, personal control of room temperature, television & DVD player, hair dryer & spacious personal bathroom. Several rooms feature a gas fireplace and/or whirlpool tub. Additionally, some rooms can accommodate extra guests, please call the Inn directly to request an extra rollaway in the guest room.
